This website is solely owned and operated by North Star Design Studio and we only have access to/collect the personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. If you provide us with another person’s information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have that person’s full consent to do so. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to submit a project to press. Information Collected via YouCanBookMe.Com
In an effort to serve you better, may make certain tools available from third parties, such as (“YCBM”), a third-party vendor that provides online calendar syncing and scheduling services. Under its current policy (as of 2/18/2021), YCBM holds and processes data for individual bookings, by default, for up to 24 months after the date of the booking. Other Third-Party Vendors and Services
Our services are enhanced by leveraging third-party services and platforms to maximize time, budgets and overall client and team resources. (ie: GoogleCalendar, YouCanBookMe, Office 365, MacMail, Intiut, GoogleDrive, GoogleDocs, GSuite, DropBox, Facebook, Skype, Zoom, etc.). You will also find links to us on third-party platforms such as Alignable, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Yelp. We are not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these third parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
